We may live in a youth-obsessed culture, but wisdom, perspective, compassion, and deep joy come with age. The second half of life is when we can truly live and become the people we’ve always wanted to be. Life can be juicier and more meaningful than our 20’s would have ever allowed. So, let’s get to it.
Step one is our bodies. We are organic beings and our biology affects everything. Your sleep, diet, and physical health define the energy you have available to you to live your most juicy and meaningful life. At the same time, it’s hard to make the lifestyle changes to prioritize your well-being. So, we can work on that together to support your shifts in ways that don’t rely on will power, but nurturance and care. It’s a different and effective approach to create change.
We’ll also explore your hopes, daily life, relationships, and aspirations. What do you want to do with time you have in this one precious and wild life, as the great poet Mary Oliver asked us? It is for you to answer. I am here to ask good questions and make suggestions about how to bring your inside world into alignment with your outside and live the life you may not have even imagined possible. Where our greatest joys reside so to lives our greatest gifts to give the world. Together we can explore how you can live an expansive second half of life.
